	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2507973-P3100501.JPG"><img src="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2507973-P3100501.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>新年过后直到现在都懒得做菜，早餐吃了，午餐吃生果，晚餐喝果汁算了。</p><p>另一方面顺便减肥，因为新年期间吃过量了，现在让肚子休息，休息。</p><p>前几天突然心血来潮做了<strong>人参鸡汤 。</strong></p><p>四分之一的甘榜鸡腿约300克，人参须3大匙，红枣5粒，枸子20粒，玉竹4小片，罐头菇5粒，水800ml。</p><p>把所有材料放入炖锅里炖一个小时即可。 </p><p>喜欢咸的，要吃时可以加点盐。</p><p>但，阿麻说加盐会破坏人参汤的功效，所以要保持原味。</p><p>这是我阿麻传下来的食谱。</p><p>喝着人参鸡汤，好想念阿麻哦！<img src="http://mysinablog.com/imgs/emotions/5.gif" border="0" alt="emotion" /> </p><p>第二天的午餐： </p><p><a href="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2507971-P3090502.JPG"><img src="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2507971-P3090502.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p><strong>青蒜菜蒲炒蛋</strong></p><p>我放了三条青蒜丝，一大匙菜蒲碎，蛋三粒一起炒成的。 </p><p><a href="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2507970-P3090504.JPG"><img src="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2507970-P3090504.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p><strong>肉碎青蒜豆腐炒慈姑 </strong></p><p>肉碎一大匙，青蒜两条，豆腐一片，慈姑五粒一起用中火焖炒15-20分钟，熟时加了适量的Bragg酱青变可以开饭了<img src="http://mysinablog.com/imgs/emotions/41.gif" border="0" alt="emotion" />。 </p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2473574-P2160399.JPG"><img src="http://jeangovo.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=63360&amp;resource=2473574-P2160399.JPG&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>新年期间，我们热带雨林的地方没有梅花树，通常大家会去找些干树枝，然后插些朔胶梅花来代替梅花树滴。</p><p>但，今年老爸抬出他种植已久的水梅来摆饰。 </p><p>我和小妹鸡婆，就插了五颜六色的朔胶梅花，然后打了些小花结彩带在水梅身上。 </p><p>小妹说像阿凡达戏里面的那棵树。</p><p>哈哈！！！想象力丰富。</p><p>可是两个弟弟说看起来怪怪的。</p><p>这样证明我的世界是色彩的，因为没有对与非嘛！谁想做就谁做咯！</p><p>人家说网上的东西都不可以相信的，可是我觉得，写博客跟着心情走，是遮盖不了的，文章是会说话的。是就是，不是就不是。 我不想隐瞒，因为假假的东西会很累，没有这个必要。</p><p>在新浪博客，我认识了lib后，她让我学习到这个原理，她很实在，在她身上可以学习到我没有的东西。还有谢谢她的父母时常支持我。伯父伯母谢谢你们！ </p><p>嗯。。。我还是相信“一样磁场的人会相吸在一起的”。 </p><p><a href="http://Jeangovo.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=2181359" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Kuih Bangkit   Nestum麦香饼   玉米片饼 ]]></title>
